hted to let my friends and patients know I will be attending the upcoming Institute of Functional Medicine convention entitled "Confronting Cancer as a Chronic Disease" at La Costa Resort in Southern California. we increasingly recognized that cancer must be approached as a chronic disease that is managed similar to heart disease.
This conference will have four days of interaction among integrative physician's on the role that complementary modalities and approaches have in the treatment of a patient with cancer.
