My parents have recently had their Vit D levels tested. Mother: 10 ng/ml; father 4 ng/ml. THeir local doctor prescribed for each of them a phial of liquid Vit. D containing 100,000 IU (cholecalciferol) with a follow-up phial of the same amount in 3 months' time an intervening blood test and the intention of prescribing a maintenance dosage thereafter.
What are your thoughts on this method of boosting Vit. D(3) levels? What is the estimated absorption rate for people their age (80)? The average daily dose for 100,000 IU (assuming an equal and regular absorption) works out at 1,100 IU, which, bearing in mind their overall Vit. D deficit, seems inadequate according to your book "Vitamin D revolution".
They are both suffering unusual levels of tiredness. They live in Northern Europe where there is plenty of sun, and they are outside for at least an hour every day on average.
Has your book been translated into any other languages?
Finally, I notice that 100,000 / 90 days = 1111 ad infinitum. Treble ones in numerology mean energy (tho what type is not defined).
