that is a very good question. I spend the majority of my book discussing the answer to it and I would encourage you to read my book. The dosage of vitamin D you need is dependent on the 11 factors which you'll find in my book. 10,000 IU is certainly a very high dose. I would not take that much myself without measuring blood levels every 2 months.
