Dr Khalsa,
Why do you and other doctors prescribe Vitamin D-2 (ergocalciferol) when in your book,
"The Vitamin-D Revolution", you state that it is significantly less less effective
in raising human vitamin d levels?
You say that the over the counter D-3 works better is it that the only way you
can get 50,000iu is with the erocalciferol?
